Sport England - Run 4 It

Our Run 4 It program was the first successfully grant funded service we offered after a successful application to Sport England provided us with £5,600 to provide Parkour/ Freerunning classes in an attempt to engage individuals who reside in Bedford that may not usually have access to services such as our regular parkour classes. Throughout the 6 weeks, we took the participants through an intense crash course to develop their basic Parkour/ Freerunning skills.

Beds Borough Council - HAF Camps

We have been in partnership with Bedford Borough Council since December 2021 where we have supplied Holiday and Food (HAF) camps for up to 30 children totally free of charge for all participants. Our 5 camps have been a real hit filling spaces completely every time without fail. Our HAF camps run every Easter, Summer & Christmas. Since our partnership began, we have been funded over £100,000.

The Harpur Trust - Small Grants

The Harpur Trust kindly funded us with £5,000 to spend on equipment. We used the funding to purchase 3* new crash mats, a springboard, 2* new 4 stack foam style parkour vaults and a new coaches spotting block.

Power To Change - Match Funding (Crowdfunder)

Power To Change kindly provided us with £10,000 match funding along with Sport England to help us reach our crowdfunder goal of £30,000.

BeActive - Girls Only Parkour

Our Girls only Parkour class was submitted via application to BeActive (formerly known as Team Beds & Luton) who reviewed the application for submitting to Sport England. After a successful award, we received £3,600 to provide a Parkour/ Freerunning class for girls from lower socioeconomic groups or girls with mental health, learning or physical difficulties.

Our Girls only class in collaboration with Fun 4 Young People (F4YP) began in February and will run all the way through until August 2023. The application funding will provide our only female coach the opportunity to enrol in her Parkour UK Level 1 Training Course, various pieces of equipment and for core costs associated such as staff/ facility hire.

Sport England - Development Fund

We were awarded £15,000 through the development fund which was used to support the various expenses involved in securing our new gym. The funding was used to pay for planning applications, building reports, condition surveys and architectural fees.

Sport England - Small Grants

Sport England provided us with £12,600 worth of funding to provide 4 months worth of free classes for everyone over the age of 6+. Our sessions have taken place on a Monday and Friday from 4pm-8pm from November 2023-April 2024

Places for People - Street Games

Places for People & Street Games supplied us with £5,600 funding to provide free classes on a Wednesday from 4pm-6pm for participants aged between 6-18 years old. Sessions took place at Brickhill Community Centre from November 2023-July 2024.

Postcode Places Trust recently funded us £25,000 to support our financial difficulties during the start-up period in our new venue @ the old Argos. This has allowed us to significantly develop our faclitiy and purchase new flooring, 144* 6m teimber beams and 50* sheets of 18mm ply which has allowed us to develop our parkour setup further.

Bedford Educationalo Association recently gave us £10,000 to help support with paying the bill for our company vehicle which required  an engine rebuild. and to support with  the general renovation of our facility.
